Sir Lucious Leftfoot: The Son of Chico Dusty leaked last night. It’s such an inclusive listening experience, start to finish. Despite excellent offerings from a wide range of collaborators, this album is all Big Boi everything. Uncannily at ease straight murdering a varied array of beats, he transcends myopic subgenre discussions. His aesthetic continuity is, to borrow from the above song, totally in smashmode. The result is the most innately personal and consistent record of the year.
