This one nearly got lost in the ether. RJ and I checked out the opening of the new Japadog brick and mortar on Friday. We both tried the TONKATSU. Drawing parallels to a McRib sandwich would be inadequate and pedestrian. A ridiculously crispy pork cutlet on a toasted bun with daikon radish, onions, and japanese mayo.  The french fries were unremarkable, and I’ll have to wait until next time to try the two new dessert dogs.
